La personne transport\u00e9e est ci-apr\u00e8s d\u00e9finie comme le \u00ab\u00a0Passager\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p><p>Il est ici pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 qu&rsquo;EGM Srl\u00a0 fournit des services de transport.<\/p><p>Les pr\u00e9sentes Conditions G\u00e9n\u00e9rales ont donc pour objet de d\u00e9finir les conditions d\u2019utilisation de taxibxl.com accept\u00e9es par les Utilisateurs (tel que ce terme est ci-apr\u00e8s d\u00e9fini) et EGM Srl.<\/p><p>Toute r\u00e9servation requiert l&rsquo;introduction pr\u00e9alable d&rsquo;information (NOM, Pr\u00e9nom, N) de t\u00e9l).<\/p><p>L&rsquo;Utilisateur garantit la v\u00e9racit\u00e9 et l\u2019exactitude des informations qu\u2019il communique \u00e0 EGM Srl par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire de l\u2019Application. La cr\u00e9ation du compte Utilisateur ne pourra \u00eatre valid\u00e9e qu\u2019\u00e0 la suite de l\u2019acceptation expresse des pr\u00e9sentes Conditions G\u00e9n\u00e9rales par ce dernier, qui reconna\u00eetra par l\u00e0-m\u00eame en avoir pris connaissance.<\/p><p>L&rsquo;Utilisateur du site s\u2019engage \u00e0 utiliser taxibxl.com de mani\u00e8re raisonnable et notamment, \u00e0 ne pas pr\u00e9senter les caract\u00e8res suivants au moment de sa prise en charge par le Transporteur :<\/p><ul><li>\u00e9tat d&rsquo;\u00e9bri\u00e9t\u00e9 manifeste;<\/li><li>dangerosit\u00e9;<\/li><li>nombre de personnes exc\u00e9dant la limite indiqu\u00e9e lors de la r\u00e9servation ;<\/li><li>nombre de bagages exc\u00e9dant la limite indiqu\u00e9e lors de la r\u00e9servation ou volume de bagages sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019emport du v\u00e9hicule ;<\/li><li>pr\u00e9sence d&rsquo;animaux non enferm\u00e9s dans une cage ou dans un sac. Les chiens d\u2019aveugles sont exempt\u00e9s de cette obligation ;<\/li><li>comportement outrancier ou contraire aux bonnes m\u0153urs.
